We are a Senior Care Centre with a Day Rehabilitative Centre and an independent Drop-In Centre serving the needs of the community in one of Singapore's early housing estate in the locality of Tanjung Rhu and its surrounds. Job Summary You will assist to lead clinical rehabilitation services at the Day Rehab Centre by conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive client progress and service innovation. You will also provide assist to supervise junior staff and clinical trainees, contributing to service improvements and partnership projects.
