We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Physiotherapist to join our team at Georgetown Hospital, supporting the Medicine/Surgery (Med/Surg) Program. In this role, you will work as part of an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse inpatient population.

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Physiotherapist to join our Complex Transitional Care team. In this role, you will work as part of an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality patient care, support individuals throughout their hospital stay, and play a key role in discharge planning to facilitate safe and successful transitions.

• B.Sc.PT or MSc .PT
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapist s of Ontario
• Minimum of two years experience working in an acute hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience working in an adult Medicine, and Geriatrics 
  part-time Healthcare Diagnosing or Treating Practitioners
