Nurture Health is seeking a passionate and patient-centred Physiotherapist to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Therapy Manager, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services and achieve meaningful patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assess patients’ physical and functional abilities and develop, implement, and monitor individualised physiotherapy treatment plans to optimise mobility, independence, and rehabilitation outcomes. Deliver interventions including mobility retraining, neurorehabilitation, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, balance retraining, fall prevention, exercise prescription, wheelchair seating, and mobility equipment prescription.
