• Design and lead engaging and dynamic Pilates classes that cater to varying fitness levels.
• Provide personalized attention and adjustments during one-on-one sessions to ensure clients' individual needs are met.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Pilates principles and a passion for promoting overall well-being.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Pilates Instructor.
• Fully trained in Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, and Chair techniques.
• Experienced in conducting both group classes and personalized one-on-one sessions.
• Certification in Pilates instruction.
• Proven track record of creating a positive and motivating workout environment.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles to accommodate diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively guide and inspire clients.
