What you'll be doing as a PIP Clinical Auditor: Functional Assessor

* Developing a close relationship with the SDM to promote joint working.
* Carry out clinical coaching with both new and existing staff following training to ensure a smooth and consistent learning journey.
* Carry out daily clinical audits and provide constructive and informative feedback via the PRS systems on new and existing staff members.
* Monitor trends and specific emerging issues that need to be addressed, providing feedback to the Clinical Support Leads as needed.
* Undertaking assessments to in line with business requirements maintain approval.
