Overview:
We are currently hiring Cleared Pipe Designers for long term contracts in Newport News, VA. This position requires extensive experience with the arrangement design of shipboard piping or HVAC systems.
Description:
+ Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve products and facilitate manufacturing operations.
+ 2D and 3D CAD tool proficiency, AutoCAD or Siemens NX.
+ Developing and checking ship construction drawings.
+ Material selection and BOM development.
Qualifications:
+ US Citizenship.
+ Active clearance.
+ 3+ years of relevant experience.
+ Piping or HVAC systems design experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
