Pipe Fitter – Christchurch

About the Role

Working on a range of commercial and industrial projects including hospitals, schools, and large-scale buildings, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of mechanical piping systems across busy sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
• Measuring, cutting, fabricating, and installing PVC and copper pipe
• Completing leak-free connections including copper brazing, threading, and grooving
• Installing and maintaining mechanical piping systems
• Testing systems, fault finding, and repairing leaksAssisting with pipe replacements, upgrades, and insulation
• Working alongside other trades to meet project timeframes
• Following all site safety requirements
