Join our dynamic team as a Broker Consultant and make a meaningful impact by delivering tailored solutions to a diverse group of clients. This role is responsible for being the point of contact between the company and the Broker / Insurer through networking and building effective relationships. The role will be responsible to maintain and grow a strong client base with brokers, insurers, and related stakeholders to ensure continuous development of new business and retention of current business. The incumbent will be required to continuously look for new business opportunities to reach sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline for future deals. In addition, to perform industry analysis as required to identify industry benchmarks for insurers, to meet with clients weekly / monthly, and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
