Pipeline & Forecasting Lead

The Pipeline & Forecasting Lead will own forecast governance, pipeline discipline, and operational forecasting cadence across the Growth organization. This role is responsible for improving forecast accuracy, ensuring pipeline integrity, and driving consistency in how opportunities are managed, reviewed, and reported.

This individual will partner closely with Sales and Client Partner teams to facilitate a disciplined operating rhythm focused on pipeline health, forecast reliability, and proactive risk management

Key Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence
• Monitor and improve pipeline hygiene, including:
  • Past close dates
  • Stage accuracy
  • Opportunity aging
  • Push/slip activity
  • Missing next steps or ownership
• Drive forecast accuracy through consistent inspection and challenge of pipeline assumptions
