Pizza Sous Chef - Luxury Resort Kitchen Leader

Kerzner International is seeking a Pizza Sous Chef for the One&Only The Palm Resort in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the pizza-making process, assisting the Chef de Cuisine, and ensuring a high standard of guest service. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar upscale hotel/resort environment and excellent interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities will include managing kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and proposing creative ideas for new dishes. Good English skills are required, and additional language skills are valued.
