As a Plan Analyst, you’ll partner with Account Managers and Producers to support client service and new business initiatives. You’ll focus on analyzing benefits programs, preparing renewal strategies, and developing market comparisons across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, prescription drug, and stop-loss coverage. This role involves building client reports, supporting renewal processes, and contributing to presentations.
