Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans for New projects transition, schedules, and budgets.
- Schedule Fabrication work shop Jobs by Qty, Workcenters, hours and manpower.
- Track progress, manage risks, changes and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with teams and allocate resources effectively.
- Maintain project documentation and communication.
- Lead post-project reviews to identify improvements.
- Production & Supply Planning as well as insource/outsource skills.
- Analyze data to support production forecasts.
- Maintain planning models and generating reports.
- Collaborate to ensure material availability.
- Monitor inventory and recommend adjustments.
- Support planning process improvements.
- Ability to have project update meetings with managers and directors.
