Opportunity Description
Location: Singapore, SGP.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain SAP order release schedule to ensure timely material delivery to manufacturing and engineering.
- Reschedule and complete no-charge, discrete jobs as required.
- Increase component availability by performing pre-shortage analysis.
- Perform work order variance analysis.
- Train lower-level personnel as needed.
- Review MRP execution, reconcile supply and demand, and validate master scheduling requirements.
- Collaborate with buyers/planners to manage material affected by engineering change orders.
- Ensure proper disposition of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Prepare status reports of ECOs and ECRs in process.
- Perform regular system maintenance and audits to ensure system accuracy.
- Participate in floor audits with Finance and resolve WIP issues; audit WIP physical inventory.
