Opportunity Description
You will support planning and forecasting for GSK in Poland. You will work closely with finance, commercial and regional teams to prepare and challenge monthly and annual forecasts. You will analyse performance, create clear management reports, and help improve forecasting processes. We value curiosity, clear communication and collaboration. Maintain and update financial models to deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Consolidate inputs from local and regional teams and coordinate planning cycles.
Analyse variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and provide clear explanations.
Produce monthly management reports and materials to support leadership decisions.
