Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to support the growth and development of the EV Brand (BYD – Polestar) by exploring new opportunities and enhancing administrative efficiency, thereby optimizing business operations in the expanding car market.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Process Management: Oversee all activities related to the import of cars. Act as the key liaison for Logistics, Customs, Finance, and external contacts such as the Factory and Principal.
• SAP and Documentation: Ensure proficiency in SAP and excellent communication skills. Verify invoice prices against the agreed pricing in the orders. Create color variants in SAP and manage purchase orders, including article, variant, price, customs duty, freight, bank charges, and L/C charges.
