Join Nova Scotia Power as a Planning Coordinator in Sackville, Nova Scotia. This full-time role emphasizes operational coordination and exceptional customer service in a permanent position.
You will report to the Planning Coordinator Supervisor and coordinate essential activities surrounding project management. Responsibilities include managing submission and monitoring of permits, overseeing customer easements, and executing work order processes effectively. You'll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Submit HRM and DOT permit requests accurately
• Maintain accurate records of customer easements and outages
• Update work orders and submit cable locates as needed
• Request and negotiate service quotes from external contractors
• Oversee invoicing processes for Aliant and CATV
