About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer (MEP) to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of MEP works for high-rise building projects. The role requires strong expertise in project controls, resource planning, and progress monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for MEP works using Primavera.
- Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans in line with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
