Opportunity Description
Duties
- Support Project Director/Manager in project coordination and planning activities to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage baseline & working programme schedules, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project milestones
- Prepare, manage and submit the monthly payment request to the Client, incorporating the monthly progress status and physical work‑done (progress percentage), with the support of the Quantity Surveying team and coordinating with construction team.
- Provide regular project updates in reports such as weekly/monthly report, progress updated programme summaries, variation orders, and extension of time (EOT) assessments.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers on planning and project execution.
