Qualifications Min of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related roles, preferably within the retail industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand planning strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Computer literacy in Word, Excel and related planning systems Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in forecasting methodologies and demand planning tools. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in directly managing a team of demand planners.
