- Operates within a centralized EPMO to manage planning, controls, and risk.
- Enforces governance across all project lifecycle stages.
- Supports reporting teams with unified methodologies.
- Prepares periodic reports and presentations for senior management.
- Integrates risk management from preconstruction to delivery.
- Identifies and escalates critical KPIs at risk.
- Manages Primavera EPPM setup and reporting coordination.
