This position plays a key role in guiding cost performance, supporting accurate reporting, and helping plant leadership make informed operational and financial decisions. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, budgeting, and month-end close within a fast-paced production environment.

• Direct the plant’s accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting that supports business decisions.
• Oversee standard cost accounting processes, including cost analysis, variance review, and ongoing monitoring of manufacturing performance.
