About the Role

The Plant Controller – Operations oversees the financial side of the plant, focusing on raw material and yield analysis while helping the operations team manage labor and other operating expenses. The role is a business partner to the manufacturing operational team, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, helping to understand the financial results, optimize operations and assisting with the successful completion of transformation projects.

Compensation

Salary range: $84,600 to $105,800 (salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).
