Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Drive plant reliability through planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead fault-finding, root cause analysis, and equipment performance improvement initiatives.
- Manage mechanical maintenance activities to minimise downtime and maximise production output.
- Develop and execute CAPEX and major maintenance projects.
- Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality, safety, and project compliance.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts strategies, and asset lifecycle planning.
- Ensure compliance with OHS and statutory engineering requirements.
Requirements:
- BSc/BEng Mechanical Engineering.
- GCC Factories.
- Minimum 10 years' engineering experience within an FMCG or high-speed manufacturing environment.
