Plant Engineer - Pengerang

Position Summary

Responsible for daily safe operation and monitoring of ASU (Air Separation Unit) and related facilities at Pengerang site, Malaysia. Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, optimize equipment and systems for manufacturing, troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, inspections focusing on safety, efficiency and compliance with regulations. Maintain good communication with on‑site customers to ensure smooth supply of products within contractual requirements. Reports to the AP Pengerang Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support Plant Manager in daily operational matters.
• Supervise and train plant personnel to ensure safe, reliable and optimum unit operations.
• Assist plant manager in MOC preparation and execution, safe working permit preparation, plan and execute TAR activities, root cause analysis & troubleshooting, risk analysis, SWP, FMEA, HIRARC review.
