A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Plant Engineer to take ownership of fixed asset performance, maintenance excellence, and engineering projects within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead maintenance and improvement initiatives, optimize asset performance, and ensure world-class engineering standards across the operation.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance and improvement activities to maximize asset reliability and plant performance.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies, plans, budgets, and key performance indicators.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

  • Manage engineering projects from feasibility through implementation, commissioning, and close-out, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
