We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering services at a highly regulated manufacturing site. This senior role is responsible for ensuring the continuous and reliable operation of all utilities, facilities, and production equipment, driving optimal efficiency, compliance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities Oversee utilities, facilities, and production equipment to ensure operational continuity and compliance with GMP and safety standards. Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. Manage capital projects, facility upgrades, and equipment installations. Drive compliance with ISO and quality systems. Develop and mentor a high‑performing engineering team with succession planning.
