Plant Finance Controller – ETO Business Finance

Role Summary The role is responsible for the end-to-end financial leadership of an Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing plant. This position holds full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility for the Medium Voltage (MV) business, managing a revenue of M€. The General Manager acts as a strategic finance business partner, bridging the gap between plant operations, regional leadership, and global finance to translate operational data into strategic actions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & MBR/QBR Ownership Lead monthly (MBR) and quarterly (QBR) business reviews, providing insights on YTD sales versus plan, backlog ageing, cost overruns, and execution risks. Drive P&L turnarounds and margin expansion through rigorous fixed cost rationalization and strategic pricing. Manage financial simulations, forecasted P&Ls, and cash flow projections (BCFE’s) to validate the feasibility of strategic Brownfield/Greenfield capex projects.
