Plant General Manager – Automotive Manufacturing
Location: Galicia, Spain
Client/Employer: Richard Lombart Consulting & The Executive Way (International automotive group)
Term: Approximately 3‑year Fixed‑Term Contract (full‑time, exclusive search; Interim Management structure also possible).
Role: Turnaround mandate – Own a 3‑year industrial roadmap covering operational recovery, performance improvement, organizational realignment, and the construction of a credible long‑term industrial project across a high‑volume manufacturing environment in polymers, plastics, and assembly.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing performance improvements and operational discipline.
- Mobilize teams and manage social climate in a demanding transformation context.
- Drive turnaround, restructuring, Lean execution, and workforce transformation.
- Achieve restoration of performance and build long‑term sustainability.
