We're looking for a builder and a transformer — someone who doesn't just run a plant, they reimagine it.

Our Morgan Hill facility is at an inflection point. We have a solid operational foundation and a big vision for what comes next. To get there, we need a Leader who thrives in complexity, drives change without losing people along the way, and builds systems that didn't exist before.

What you'll own:

• Full P&L and operational accountability for the plant

• Leading a cultural and process transformation — from good to great

• Building out infrastructure, workflows, and team capabilities from the ground up

• Driving performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people

• Serving as the top operational leader on-site, partnering directly with company leadership
