Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

**Summary:**
The Plant General Laborer plays a key role in supporting light manufacturing operations by performing fabrication, finishing, quality checks, general labor, and housekeeping duties. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, attention to safety and quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with all plant personnel. Positions are available for both day and night shifts.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Set up, operate, and complete fabrication and finishing processes including cutting, shaping, sanding, assembling, coating, and finishing wood products using machinery, tools, and UV equipment
+ Ensure product quality by verifying dimensions and inspecting materials for defects
