Plant manager (renewable energy)

The Plant Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of a large‑scale wind farm facility. As the designated GMR2.1 appointment, you will oversee the operational outcomes of both the wind turbines and the balance of plant. You will lead a multidisciplinary site team to ensure the facility is technically, commercially and environmentally optimised.

Operations & Maintenance Operational Planning: Manage the scheduling of all maintenance tasks, facility management functions and deferred maintenance while considering resource requirements. Performance Optimization: Execute Asset Management Plans to reduce downtime, maintain OEM standards and drive site‑specific performance improvement projects. Asset Care: Responsible for plant availability according to contract and the scheduling of repairs for faulty components or rotables under warranty.
