Our client in the building/manufacturing industry has a position available for a Plant Manager.

Qualifications & Experience: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Production/Engineering 10+ Years’ experience in Production Management Stamping Plant experience – up to 400 ton presses Sound industrial relations experience Quality Management and Continuous improvement experience

Duties: Manage, plant and direct Stamping and Steel Production, Warehouse, Maintenance Toolroom of the plant Drive project objectives for each department. Coordinate and drive automation improvements and maintenance activities including capital and non-capital projects Prepare and execute Capex requests Implement basic PLC and sensor systems Monitor objective achievement by performing regular reviews.
