Plant Nursery Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities

* Production enough quantity with best quality for plants to meet company requirments  and suppliyng contracts.

*Maintaining an accurate inventory of all plants, tracking stock levels, and forecasting future production needs to align with project pipelines.

* Training labor and stuff with operation in nursery, like irrigation, propagation, burning all maintanance.

*Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, yearly production plans.

*Preparing  daily, weekly, monthly, yearly reports.
* Overseeing all aspects of plant propagation, including seeding, cuttings, and grafting, to meet production targets.
* Managing the daily care and maintenance of all nursery stock, which involves watering, feeding, and pruning to ensure optimal health and growth.
* Implementing and managing integrated pest and disease control programes to protect plant quality.
