Plant Operations Associate, UPM, 1st Shift

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

WORKING LOCATION: Benicia, CA , On-site

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

Starting Wage: $21 - $23 depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
+ Run saws and cutting machines (we'll train you)
+ Cut titanium, stainless, and nickel to customer and industry standard tolerances
+ Forklift, packing , cutting equipment, and light driving duties


+ Load and unload materials

+ Make sure parts meet required specs and quality standards

+ Keep your machine running and adjust when needed

+ Troubleshoot basic machine or material issues

+ Check your work-quality matters here

+ Keep your area clean and safe

+ Call out problems when something’s not right
