**Job Summary**

The Plant Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, monitoring, and maintenance of facility utility systems, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and auxiliary equipment. This role ensures all equipment functions within designated parameters to support continuous hospital operations and complies with applicable codes, standards, and policies.

**Essential Functions**

+ Operates and monitors plant systems such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, water systems, and emergency generators.
