Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company in Puerto Montt, Chile. You will be instrumental in driving plant performance improvements by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

This role involves collaboration with Plant Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of operational goals. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, experience in Lean Manufacturing, and is fluent in Spanish and English.
