Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join their Hazelnut Company Chile team in San Miguel de Azapa. The role involves driving performance improvement through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives. You'll collaborate with Plant Managers to oversee projects and support budget planning.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, and be fluent in Spanish and English. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
