Plant Supervisor

Batching Plant Operative – Location: Abergele – 45 hours per week – Salary up to £32,000 – Full training provided (Front Loader experience required)

Responsibilities

• Production & Customer Service: Work closely with the Order Office, plant team, and customers to ensure all concrete/mortar is produced to exact requirements. Deliver excellent service and maintain strong communication across the site.
• Plant Operation & Maintenance: Operate the batching plant and Front-End Loader (FEL) safely and effectively. Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and cleaning of all plant mechanisms, buildings, equipment, and facilities. Ensure stock levels are maintained through daily visual checks and weekly stock assessments.
