Plant Supervisor - Cromwell

An exciting opportunity has become available to take day-to-day responsibility for our concrete plant at Cromwell.

You will be responsible for ensuring the daily delivery schedules are met and that truck and plant maintenance is planned with minimal disruption to the plant. There will also be a strong focus on workplace health, safety and well-being and customer service.

Flexibility in working hours is required, including early starts.

This is a hands‑on role and therefore your daily tasks, once trained, will also include batching, dispatching, slumping and testing.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

• Good customer relations skills
• A Class 4 license
• Concrete batching experience (preferably, but not essential as training will be provided to the right applicant)
• Loader experience, preferably.
• Sound computer skills
