Plant Technician-Operations (Experienced or Entry Level)

Talen Energy is looking for candidates to fill openings for Plant Technician-Operations. This position would be located at the Talen Energy H.A. Wagner facility in Baltimore, MD (Pasadena area). We are looking for qualified candidates with a minimum of having vocational training and/or mechanical experience and prefer candidates with five (5) years’ power plant experience. The H.A. Wagner Plant is a natural gas and oil-fired generating station. The position reports to the Shift Supervisor.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Successful candidates will also participate in Talen Energy’s Short-Term Incentive program.
