Plant Warehouse Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics (preferred).
• 12–16 years of experience in plant warehousing operations in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in ERP/WMS systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Hands-on exposure to VNA warehouses and MHE management .
• Proven ability to manage union/contract labor and multi-shift operations.

Role Purpose

The Warehousing Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of plant warehousing operations, including inbound material receipt, goods receipt posting, inventory management, and outbound finished goods dispatch. The role ensures efficient utilization of manpower, shifts, material handling equipment (MHE), and warehouse systems to deliver safe, accurate, and cost-effective warehousing operations with strong system and physical inventory hygiene
