To operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently to produce plastic components that meet
quality, productivity and safety standards.
To safely and efficiently operate plastic injection moulding machines to produce quality components in
accordance with approved processes, quality standards, and production targets.

Production & Machine Operation

• Operate plastic injection moulding machines in accordance with approved work instructions and setup sheets


• Assist with machine and mould setups only when trained and authorised


• Load raw materials into hoppers and ensure correct material identification and handling


• Remove finished components and conduct in-process visual inspections


• Operate printing and secondary processing equipment (pad printing, hot foil, trimming, packaging, rework) as required
