Position Responsibilities:
Configure and operate Moogsoft as the central event management and correlation platform
Manage alert lifecycles including ingestion, enrichment, deduplication, suppression, and Situation creation
Onboard and integrate event sources from New Relic, Microsoft Azure, and email-based alerts
Design and maintain ingestion pipelines using connectors, APIs, webhooks, and email gateways
Normalize and enrich events with consistent metadata (CI, service, environment, severity, ownership)
Implement and tune correlation logic (temporal, topological, similarity-based) to reduce alert noise
