Plumber (Facilities Management)

We are looking for a diligent Plumbing Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The role focuses on ensuring continuous operation and maintenance of all plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems across Residential Towers, Commercial Offices, and Luxury Hotels. The goal is to achieve 100% system uptime and high tenant satisfaction through proactive maintenance and swift emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Execute scheduled maintenance on water pumps, booster systems, storage tanks, and drainage networks to prevent system failures.
• Reactive Maintenance: Respond to help desk tickets and tenant complaints regarding leaks, blockages, or water pressure issues within specified SLAs.
• Asset Management: Inspect and maintain critical assets including calorifiers, water heaters, grease traps, and manholes.
