We are recruiting for a hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician / Fabric Engineer to support a busy hotel operation in Milton Keynes.

This role would suit candidates from hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, handyman, fabric technician or multi-trade backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• General hotel and building maintenance
• Basic plumbing repairs and fault finding
• Painting and decorating touch-ups
• Door, furniture and fixture repairs
• Replacing plugs, sockets and light fittings
• Planned preventative maintenance checks
• Basic AC filter cleaning
• Reporting and coordinating specialist repairs

Requirements

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience
• Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work independently
