We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our facilities management team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and equipment across our property to ensure a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for all guests and staff. You will take ownership of maintenance orders, perform preventive maintenance work, and respond promptly to service requests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, sanitary fixtures, and related equipment in guest rooms, kitchens, restrooms, plant rooms, swimming pools, and all staff areas
- Execute preventive maintenance work on all plumbing lines and sanitary fixtures according to the annual maintenance schedule
