Plumbing Designer

Selectek is seeking a Plumbing Designer to join our engineering team and provide comprehensive design support for a variety of commercial, municipal, and institutional projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing system design and be proficient in Revit and relevant industry codes.
Responsibilities:

Design plumbing systems including service water piping, sewage disposal systems, specialty piping, and fire safety systems.

Ensure all designs comply with local and national building codes.

Conduct pre-design site visits to survey existing conditions and prepare preliminary drawings.

Develop complete construction contract documents including calculations, drawings, schematics, and technical details.

Review construction submittals for conformance with design documents.

Perform site observations during construction to ensure adherence to design intent and code compliance.
