Swift Clean handyman.ca LLC. Is a growing mechanical company specializing in plumbing, heating, drainage, and restoration, we’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Estimator to join our team and help drive the continued success of our projects across Canada and America.
About the role
As our Plumbing Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for plumbing projects – from service work to commercial and large‑scale renovations. You’ll work closely with our project managers and field team to ensure each job is scoped, priced, and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Perform accurate material take‑offs and labor calculations.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project scope and design details.
