Opportunity Description
We are seeking a Plumbing Sales and Operations Manager to lead our plumbing service and sales operations in Wausau, Wisconsin. This role combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and field engagement to drive revenue growth and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate understands the plumbing industry, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and has the ability to lead service technicians while actively participating in sales presentations and field opportunities.
This individual will also support business operations including payroll review, bank deposit oversight, CRM management (ServiceTitan), and performance leadership of service technicians.
