Plumbing Technician

Serment Company, a facility management and maintenance company, is looking for a qualified Plumbing Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plumbing maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing maintenance and repair works for buildings and facilities.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and fix water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair sanitary fixtures, valves, pipes, pumps, and related plumbing components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing issues.
• Identify defects, leaks, blockages, and system failures, and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and other technical teams.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, properly, and on time.
• Follow company procedures, site safety rules, and client requirements.
